  1. At “Submit a request” choose the request from the drop down that is most appropriate. In most cases it will be Microsoft 365
  2. Many fields will require personal information about the issue (name, email, detailing issue, etc.). The following fields should be filled out as directed….
    1. Partner Full Legal Company Name: Lighthouse Power Business
    2. End User Company Name: [Your Company Name]
    3. Default .onmicrosoft Domain Name: [everything after the @ in your company email address, not the .com]
    4. Select License Type: On Premises
    5. M365 Product or Service: [Choose best option, use Office 365 Apps as default]
  3. Submit once all the mandatory fields have been filled. You will receive an email shortly after confirming the request was submitted. If not, please resubmit.
